Invest in yourself

“….If you want to be truly successful invest in yourself to get the knowledge you need to find your unique factor. When you find it and focus on it and persevere your success will blossom.”
Sidney Madwed. [American Speaker and Poet]

In my last post, “Your home business in 2009″, I mentioned a very important task for the home business builder in 2009:

* Learn and develop your business: invest in yourself

Investing in yourself is the very best gift that you can give yourself this year. It has absolutely nothing to do with investing money in stocks or banks - its about developing your own personal assests, your knowledge, your understanding, your personal values. This you keep and take with you, wherever you go, whatever the situation in life. It’s priceless.

Its about taking the time, the energy to find out who you are, where you really want to go - and taking the steps to get there.

Developing your own personal and business assests goes hand in hand with personal development - it builds Confidence! confidence in not only knowing your yourself, your subject, your tools, your business but confidence in taking the next step, and then the next step and moving yourself/your business forward.

In business: Investing in Trainings and Seminars is taking step closer down the path to your ultimate goal. Learning will give you the confidence you need to progress, to take that next step in building your home business. When times get hard your skills and knowhow is what will keep you afloat.

Make it a resolution this year to invest in yourself: an intangible return, that in time will yields high profits. Life is short, get the most out of it.

Blossom in 2009,

Zo Nicholas

* Those who have their home business set up correctly will know that any training can be a tax deductable item.

DAILY YORGOO CALLS 2009

As most people are either preparing for getting back to work or relaxing a bit after a hectic family time… or preparing the many different programs and tasks planned for the New Year as is the case in YORGOO and its related programs like YCADEMY and others, we plan to start officially on 12th January 2009 - but keep an eye on the blog here as you know… the Greek Olymp may just change the plans. . .

For our New Members: as of next week we meet daily at 9 pm London time (GMT +2) in

http://www.yorgotalk.com

and you want to login with your Internet Explorer - otherwise you risk not seeing the speakers nor hearing them talk on webcam. So don't forget this important detail!

Team up and Benefit from the Power of Teamwork

While we all have our fixed position in YORGOO and we want to communicate and cooperate closely with our sponsor and respect the downline protocol, YORGOO Members can network and build online relationships according to their personal preferences and benefit from each others' experience, knowledge and skills. That's what has made YORGOO strong and unique within such a short time - besides the fact that through ongoing Education and Trainings in form of Monthly YCADEMY Seminars the REAL 'go-getters' … those who are building serious Home Business on the Internet have acquired a level of Knowledge and Skills second to none and certainly a fantastic arm against the ever-increasing competition on the net.

YCADEMY SEMINAR JANUARY 2009

Please diarize 24 and 25 January 2009 for our next Seminar. Details soon.

DAILY YORGOO TASKS AND ROUTINES

Once YORGOO is set up properly according to instruction, we just need to do our daily tasks consisting of Traffic generation - meaning getting visitors to our YORGOO website… who then hopefully join our YORGOO Network. This makes it very clear that you only want to promote your original long YORGOO Link in any Traffic Program - no other links please as you dilute your Traffic and that will lead to poor results if not Zero results at all. Just follow what is working and proven.

So this is what you do:

1.

Surf 1000 pages per day using the following Traffic Exchanges (just sign up with them under Traffic 1 and Traffic 2 in your YORGOO Back Office):

Traffic-Splash

TS25

WebBizInsider

TrafficRoundUp

HitSafari

HitGusher

Keep your Traffic Engines going… and keep in touch on the YORGOO Toolbar as well as watch the News on this Blog!

2.

From your YORGOO Back Office, sign up with Cashflowin (under 'Business We Support' on the Menu) and set up your Profile in the Account Manager.

If you haven't completed your Profile yet, if you haven't taken some time to think about your "Secret Garden" nor written it down yetttttt - then the time is NOW.

If not NOW… when…?

MAKE 2009 YOUR BEST YEAR EVER WITH YORGOO!

I know I know… this is still 'holiday mode' - but don't let your Traffic flow slip. Your Network is your Lifeline and you want to make 2009 your very best year ever! So get ready to roll - the Champagne is ready and we look forward to meeting YOU!

Together We Are Unbeatable!

Sunshine regards,

Bianca

Efficient Ways of Making Money Online by Saving Money

People come to the Internet for basically 4 reasons. Maybe there are more… but these are the main factors that immediately pop up in my mind when it comes to the question why people switch on the black box and log onto the Internet:

1.

People like to socialize and communicate.

The Internet has been a blessing in this way, bringing families, friends and business partners together at minimal if any cost at all. In that sense, the world has indeed become a ’small place’ where everybody can meet everybody… and an intriguing journey would be to follow the known principle that… "everybody knows everybody around 6 corners"… and actually get to an ideal target person in 6 steps.

"How to meet Oprah Winfrey in private" so to say… or… "How to meet Madiba and have coffee with him on the stoep while bathing in a gentle Smile of Wisdom" or whoever you fancy to get close and personal with. I may research that road for the mere fun of it one day… and to proove the old adage really keeps up to it to this very day… bearing in mind those billions of homo sapiens zooming in and out at lightning speed just to get a bit of "Live Your Best Life" on the beautiful blue planet.

And let’s not forget the kids… the ones born with da special "chip inside" that makes the Internet easier than ABC - but also dangerous and a fast highway for escapism. If you are a baby boomer you may still prefer surfing through REAL waves holding onto your sail while feeling that exhilarating tension between you and the forever changing and challenging elements… than clicking your way through the same boring pages day-in day-out. Oooh ooh… before I lose myself… where was I?

Ah… why people go online… here is the next:

2.
People go online to Save Money

If you’ve read my recent article DUBLI ECOMMERCE 2009 then you know that Shopping on the Internet is on a dramatic upward curve since a while… and it’s not gonna stop, very much to the contrary.

While I hated to see those glorious Music Houses… including the biggest record store in the world with annual appearances of icons like Luciano Pavarotti, Renee Fleming and many others disappear … and historic Book Shops collapse - I mean REAL famous institutions that brought enormous value and constant buzz to its artists, publishers, visitors and buyers alike… and as an ardent lover of sophisticated Libraries around the globe I don’t even want to think any further… but we’ve got to accept it : Life goes on… Time is Cash, Time is Money… and this means within the ‘virtual world’… Web2.0.

And yes… isn’t it much more fun to be personally guided through the countless opportunities for Adventure Travel to exotic places in the world… places you’ve always dreamed to go to one day… by someone REAL and right there in front of you… who has even been there and brings to the conversation the passion, the experience and the REAL hot insider tips that let you reach out for your cheque book ready to sign just to get that exact same feeling that was just translated to you and resonates just perfectly with what YOU wanted … thus making your choice that easy… rather than clicking through an endless choice of perfect pictures online that only differ in stars and price… and you may end up turning your lounge into a jungle and simple stay at home?

Well… I’ve got news: if you feel like that you’re a dino boomer and you’ve got to adapt! Today it’s all about Price and Speed - fast and easy and especially NOW. PRONTO! Life is accelerating and nothing is faster than travelling on the Internet - with your mouse.

Today’s customers and consumers normally know what they want, how and where to find it, compare prices and then hit BUY NOW - all from the comfort of their homes. ONLINE.

Nothing beats what I call "Comparison at your fingertips"… Ebay - Amazon - Swoopo - DubLi - etc … and once you see the advantages you may like this brave new world that has established itself right in your own sweet home. Did you ever see it like that? Quietly, the virtual salesman sneaked into your privacy sphere tempting you daily and keeping the current of stimuli going just in case you get bored. . . Clever!

However, there is no doubt: today you can compress more Value into less Money Spent - and if we can draw conclusions from what we saw written at the horizon these past few weeks based on the economic climate then SAVE MONEY ONLINE will be the mantra for 2009.

Which brings us to our next reason:

3.
People go Online to Make Money

Obviously, with such a huge market and so many fish swimming in the "pond of forever needs and endless must-haves" the scene is set and even crammed with anything anyone may desire at any time - on the net it’s 24/7/365, it’s forever present. It’s… in a way… timeless. Perhaps the next dimension? Who knows…

You want a Herbalife Slimming Pack at 4 am in the morning because that’s when your New Year’s Resolution 2009 suddenly grips you and with your Credit Card between your teeth your decision is razor-sharp and unshakeable: it’s now or never… 9at least for now)… Well, you’ll find what you need - guaranteed.

There’s no better… faster… hotter Shopping platform than the Internet… in fact, that’s what the net is mainly about: people who buy and people who sell. Products. Services. Programs. Businesses. Advertising Space. Fun. pampers and Rolls Royces. Diamonds and Pink Hamsters. Company and… well, everything and anything you can think of… on the Internet it becomes ‘REAL’.

Funny, how Goethe’s famous words find a virtual realization… "Everything the human mind conceives, can be achieved." Something along those lines…

Of course, many people ‘think’ of many things and create ways to keep the money circulating while slightly manipulating the distribution thereof - to put it lightly. While "free" may sound tempting… it may turn out to be too expensive at the end of the day… so noone should think building a business on the Internet is any different from doing so offline in the traditional sense. it demands thorough Planning and Investment of Capital and Time… and it’s a process, no overnight’s success. Once this attitude is adopted, there are indeed endless possibilities… and as I saw in a recent video, there are highly advanced research centers - namely in China - where the professions of the future are already imagined. Mind-boggling stuff… and certainly all this is unthinkable without the Internet.

Therefore, starting off on the Internet to build Online Business is definitely the way to go and tax deductable as any REAL business. What counts is to know what you want and why… and if that’s not that clear to you to get professional help to dig out your inner assets and develop from there your online business profile, plan and strategy - you could start HERE and get the best, the most discreet and knowledgeable advice and guidance on the Internet. That’s an Insider Tip !

OK… now let’s look at the last group:

4.

People go Online to do Research, to build Programs as that’s what fascinates them, to Learn, to Play, to be Entertained and to be part of the most fascinating Revolution where Time disappears and Dimensions merge.

Did you ever notice… how fast time literally disappears when you study something online? You are so drawn in that you hardly notice it’s midnight past… and then there’s dawn already painting the sky, the cocks are crowing to greet the new day and you never closed your eyes? Imagine doing this with a book in bed… and you find yourself fast asleep in no time, even with the wildest thriller… BUT… not when you are glued to your screen by some invisible forces that keep shifting the point of departure backwards with every effort you make… You experienced this too, didn’t you?

Did you ever study… spiritual literature and see the parallels in modern terminology? I mean going well beyond the "… beam me up Scottie…"? One really wonders which came first… and I find this a truly amazing phenomenon I am observing since years… and I will write about it one day. If they have so much in common… where are we actually when we go online and lose ourselves within… actually nothing… to experience, hear, see, learn so much?

There you are… finally, the four main keys for people going online.

How to Save Money with DubLi

Certainly the biggest jump online is reflected in the Online Shopping arena - to save on products, BRAND products preferably as that’s what everyone seems to go after these days and it has to do with Credibility and Authority - Trust in the vendor, the merchant, the brand.

As money is tight in most households these days, the point is that people won’t not buy what they need, they will just ensure they get the best deal, best price, best buy. More value for Less Money in other words. This is why we say that we Make Money by Saving Money and there are efficient Ways of Making Money Online by Saving Money.

While everyone may have their preferred place to go, it’s always smart to be informed and see where else there could be even more Value - that’s why you want to seriously have a look at the extremely well designed Online Shopping Portal called DUBLI - which started its course just over 2 years ago successfully in Europe and took the USA by storm as of October 2008. Within one month, 1,3 million U$ were paid out in commissions to DubLi Business Associates in the USA alone… as of course there is a Business Opportunity that comes with it.

What you simply want to do is get a free account on DubLi and then have a look at their 3 different Auction Houses - Xpress, ZerO and Unique Bid.

While DubLi is rather a new kid on the bloc and - like Ebay in the early days adapting and finding its ideal path - all this while being totally debt-free and financially extremely solid, even with plans to go to the London Stock Exchange soon with 150 Million Euros in 2009 depending on the general market situation of course, just to show you the calibre of what we’re talking about - you want to have your account and look at the incredible options.

The trick with DubLi is that you have to buy a few credits (at 80 cents a piece in the US or 50 Euro cents in Europe) which then allow you to see the CURRENT PRICE of any product you need to buy. And as you want to buy it at a super discount, DubLi offers you various ways of doing so. For this you need a free account, buy say 10 DubLi Credits for $8,00 and off you are - possibly buying your favorite iPod or TV screen or camera or perfume or handbag or car… at affordable prices… in any case much less than what you would pay for out there.

As Christmas is over and time isn’t so much an issue anymore - at least not necessarily - you can wait and see until your favorite goodies are ready to be plucked by you - at prices you won’t believe. Even today. Go there now and see yourself the CLOSED AUCTIONS and their results. You won’t be disappointed.

IMAGINE… buying a brand-new Peugeot value 18,000 Euros at under 300 Euros - it’s been done on DubLi! DubLi is always the merchant - no hassles. Absolutely no hassles!

It’s easy and fun and you know the rules : register, get some DubLi Credits and off you are checking the CURRENT PRICE of any object. And with anyone doing that in the world, the price goes down and down and down. Not up as in regular Auctions.. but DOWN!

Even to ZERO!

That’s right - check it out right away HERE.

Home Business

The internet has opened up a level playing field for anyone with a computer to start a small home business and generate an income, however small. Even on a small budget it is possible for anyone to have a professional looking website or blog that will generate some sort of income. Easy to join affiliate programs, such as Google Adsense, Amazon, Clickbank to name a few can soon create a steady income flow. There are many successful home business owners doing exactly that everyday.

If an ecommerce home business is the name of your game then you certainly are in the right place at the right time as the ecommerce forecast for 2009 is bright despite the political gloom and doom predictions that abound:

* Internet shopping is predicted to hit $145.1 Billion in the coming year, a significant 14% ===>increase despite the recession!

* Consumers will be spending more time at home, using their computers for everything from bargain hunting and product research to upgrading skills, training and business education. Whether you sell products, tools or training the demand will be there.

As a home business builder in 2009 your task is:

* Assess 2008 and plan 2009
* Set your goal: financial and personal
* Define your business: know your business
* Find your niche and position yourself on search engines
* Work consistently: daily, marketing your business
* Learn and develop your business: invest in yourself

As the recessions bites make sure your work from home business is set up the way it should be in order to take full advantage of any tax business benefits that you may be entitled to. Declare your business and file your tax claims. Done correctly it will bring long term benefits.

May 2009 bring you the success you desire,

Shopper Behavior and DubLi Ecommerce in 2009

With spending money being extremely tight and discounts offered by the big stores simply jaw-dropping just "…to get it out…", many private sellers on the Internet looked at their major income season - Christmas time - with extremely mixed feelings. Clearly, there was just one major factor that counted now: the Price. People would hunt around until they’d find what they wanted for the best deal.

For DubLi Licensees who had hoped to attract Christmas Business - real Ecommerce that is - from the ‘cold market’ for their exquisitly designed DubLi Auctions - Xpress, ZerO and Unique Bid - and with hyper-attractive sample sales from Closed Auctions beating even the sexiest discounts, there came a rough realisation: while they may have beaten their competitors out there on specific items on PRICE … they lost their potential customers on… TIME.

What do we mean by that?

Christmas is a hectic time, it’s a deadline time and once people have found what they want - sometimes in the last minute - they not only want it NOW… they HAVE to get it NOW… as it’s gotta be under the Christmas Tree, or else there’s war!

So they might have discovered that elegant Louis Vuitton Handbag on DubLi Auction Xpress… and even opened an account on DubLi and checked the price… but it was still too high, especially if compared with discounts offered between 50% and 70%… and chances were big that once the price was eventually right Christmas was over… and the year was over… Who right in their mind could take that risk?

So what alternatives were there to get the same product at the right price NOW?

Just go to Google and type in Louis Vuitton Best Buy and see what comes up? For instance straight from Auctiontalklive.com, position 4 as we write. . . or any other keyword for that matter… or Ebay… or Amazone… or TeleBid… etc

The point being: if you’ve worked hard enough to bring a potential customer from the cold market to your DubLi Auction website - exactly on the keyword he had typed in and all he wants is to get a good price as announced… and buy it NOW - then the website has to do the rest. It has to draw the customer in, convince, convert, sell.

Simple, Customer-friendly and Fast. Logic enough - yes?

DubLi is a young and ambitious Company and has an interest in refining its methods on its declared way to becoming the world’s first global Auction House - basically an Online Shopping Portal based on the Reverse Auction Concept, i.e. prices go down. Excellent concept especially in our current economic climate -and I fear it’s not going to get any lighter this year. People look for the best price and noone has time - so as a DubLi Business Owner and especially on the fast highway of the Internet where everything is just a click away and switching channels has become a mere reflex… you only have one shot… WIN it or LOSE it!

No ‘pioneering’ needed, just realization, adaptation and fire!

So what can we expect for Ecommerce 2009 with DubLi ?

Associated Press quoted comScore data - according to Wiki an"… Internet Marketing Research Company that provides marketing data and services to many of the Internet’s largest businesses."

To study Online Behavior, comScore tracks all internet data on its surveyed computers.

Associated Press took one day as an example and reported that more shoppers bought online but spent less:

"The Associated Press

Thursday, December 4, 2008; 4:44 PM

RESTON, Va. — Online spending at U.S. retailers on Monday jumped 15 percent over with the comparable day a year ago to $846 million, comScore said Thursday, as consumers sought out bargains in a tough economy.

The Monday after Thanksgiving was nicknamed "Cyber Monday" by the National Retail Federation to describe the surge in online spending when customers return to work after Thanksgiving and shop from their desks.

Online shopping is popular among consumers who want to compare prices for the best deal, so usage can increase in a tough economy when shoppers are paying more attention to costs.

ComScore said a 22 percent rise in the number of buyers drove the increase, even though the average amount shoppers spent declined 5 percent. ComScore attributed the drop in dollars per buyer to each buyer completing fewer transactions.

ComScore representative Gian Fulgoni said nearly two million more consumers bought items online this year because of "extremely attractive" prices offered by retailers.

"But because of their reduced spending power, it’s also evident that those who did buy were unable or unwilling to spend as much per person as we saw last year," Fulgoni said in a statement.

The most visited retail site was eBay Inc., which recorded nearly 13 million visitors, up 45 percent from last year, followed by Amazon.com Inc. with 9.2 million visitors.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. recorded 6.8 million visitors, and Target Corp. had 4.8 million visitors, up 54 percent from a year ago."

Clearly, Online Trading is the way of the Future - and DubLi has positioned itself within the right Trend. Adopting the Reverse Auction Principle to offer great deals if not the BEST PRICE is also the way to go, no doubt.

However, as we discussed further up, if a potential customer is attracted to a DubLi salespage which offers exactly what he typed into the search engine with his Credit Card between his teeth, a sale MUST result. Consumers know what they want and complete fewer transactions… you don’t want your’s to slip away!

Let’s look at Amazon.com as a comparison

"SEATTLE — Online retailer Amazon.com Inc. called this holiday season its "best ever," saying Friday that it saw a 17 percent increase in orders on its busiest day — a rare piece of good news in a season that has been far from merry for most retailers, including online businesses.

Amazon customers ordered more than 6.3 million items on Dec. 15, compared with roughly 5.4 million on its peak day last year, the company said. It shipped more than 5.6 million products on its best day, a 44 percent rise over 2007, when it shipped about 3.9 million on its busiest day. The company did not provide dollar figures and wouldn’t say whether the average value of orders had changed, and the jumps it reported Friday are in line with increases Amazon has seen since it started releasing the figures in 2002.

Amazon’s best-sellers included the Nintendo Wii game console, Samsung’s 52-inch LCD HDTV and Apple Inc.’s iPod touch.

Analysts agreed Amazon’s report was good news for the online shopping giant, but they were divided over whether the results indicate strength in online commerce in general.

Forrester Research analyst Sucharita Mulpuru said Amazon’s experience shows the current economy is favoring discount retailers, both online and offline.

"The Amazon story doesn’t surprise me because Amazon has always traditionally been a leader on price, and they’re one of the first places consumers go when they’re looking for things online," Mulpuru said. "In many ways they’re like the Wal-Mart of the online world."

Stifel Nicolaus & Co. analyst Scott Devitt said online retailers’ sales tend to grow much faster than those of brick-and-mortar retailers, but he said that difference narrowed this year. That’s in part because shoppers tend to go to stores for necessities and online for discretionary purchases, he said. And in an economic downturn, consumers focus on their most-needed purchases and cut back on more frivolous items."

Customers Shop for the Best Value for Money Online

Ebay, Amazon, Wal-Mart etc… DubLi is certainly observing these trendsetters for Customers who Shop for the Best Value for Money Online - while finding, adapting and refining its own ‘edge’ with the intention to grab a large market share over time - and this is not done through the ‘warm market’ - meaning existing DubLi Business Associates using their DubLi Credits - but through aggressive Attraction Marketing and Conversion on the DubLi Ecommerce platform, in other words Consumers from the virtual world flooding the DubLi Online Shopping Portal looking for the best deal NOW.

And they’ve gotta know about its existence . . . and credibility.

It took Ebay 12 years to become the giant in Ecommerce per se… so it’s still very early days for DubLi. It’s important to observe, measure and discuss what might hinder a faster evolution and deliver constructive criticism, especially if based on Internet Marketing data and results achieved. DubLi has an open ear for honest and well-meant contributions and according to latest News there will be … "exciting new technologies offered soon that will allow DubLi to expand more quickly and at the same time make it simpler for customers to utilize the site."

What counts most is to give Consumers what they Want

DubLi Business Associate from the USA, Michael Davis, has shared his thoughts as to how DubLi positions itself in the market place in view of the 9 Trends for Business in 2009 as developed by Brandstrategy. You are invited to comment - share your thoughts!

DubLi Ecommerce and Nine trends for Business in 2009

Consultancy Brand Keys has put forward nine "major trends" for 2009.

1.

Price Matters if you’re a commodity with financial pressures and a lack of confidence in the economy, consumers will continue to be very, very conservative in their spending. An on-going psychographic trend is that no matter how much consumers earn and no matter how much discretionary income they have available, they still want to be perceived as "wise shoppers."

In 2009, that title is bound to be more of an economic imperative than one having to do with fiscal self-image. This will be especially true given current economic indicators, all exacerbated by a decreased lack of trust in - and increased suspicions about - established financial and retail institutions. The precipitous decline in the economy will feed the ongoing trend of brands being unable to provide meaningful differentiation or resonating values, except, of course, those of low, lower, and lowest prices.

MC commenting:

DubLi will continue to add and offer name brand products at the lowest prices and the opportunity through the auctions to get these products at massive discounts.

2.

Differentiation, meaning and added-values matter more. Marketers will need to fight desperately with their research departments and advertising agencies to ensure that insights can be identified and communications configured so that their brands actually stand for something significant in the mind of the consumer.

Awareness as a meaningful market force has long been obsolete, and differentiation will be critical for success, i.e., sales and profitability. Those who primarily rely on "flavor of the month" promotional tactics will quickly find that they are creating a lasting perception among their consumer base that only price (or price cuts) differentiates their products from the competition. Do that often enough and your product and service will move away from being a "brand" and will come to be regarded as a "category placeholder" and nothing more.

MC commenting:

DubLi through its Associate base and social networking advertising will continue to build the brand DubLi for value added consumers.

3.

Engagement is not a fad. It is the brand objective. It has already been proved that real engagement correlates with positive consumer behavior. Engagement should be defined by consumer response: it is the outcome of any marketing or media initiative that substantively improves a brand’s equity (the degree to which a brand is seen to meet - or to exceed - consumers’ expectations for the category in which it competes). Marketers will realize that attaining real brand engagement is impossible if they continue to try to measure it using out-dated attitudinal models. Marketers will come to accept that there are four engagement methods including Platform (TV; online), Context (Program; webpage), Message (Ad or Communication), and Experience (Store/Event).

But there’s only one objective: Brand Engagement.

MC commenting:

Again through the Associates and strategic advertising, DubLi will continue to build the brand.

4.

Media planning will be more innovative, touch-point focused, and two-way Planners will still classify media touch-points as "above-the-line," "below-the-line" and "new," but planning will be based on some critical considerations:

Which touch-point will best reinforce brand values?

Where will the brand + media equation yield real engagement?

Effectiveness will result only where the plan is seamless, believable, personalized, and authentic. Media planning innovation and technological innovation will become one and the same.

Mobile devices are becoming an increasingly important touch-point for consumers and 2009 will be a starting point for migration from desktop to laptop to blacktop. Location-aware software for phones should inspire the mobile medium, so expect promotional coupons to show up along with IMs and look for greater granularity in measuring marketing ROI. Marketing dollars transitioning to online isn’t new, but social networks will also become more engaged in engagement to help marketers more effectively deliver messages and determine return on their efforts.

MC commenting:

DubLi will begin a "branding" strategy through social networking sites in 2009. Even more exciting will be the mobile application for DubLi to access auctions, shop, etc. right from your cell phone.

5.

How green is my brand? Simply playing in the environmental awareness arena will not be an option in 2009, and brands will have to find ways of positioning their offerings in ways that meaningfully support a sustainable future. But as the number of companies trying to co-opt the environmental movement for their products and services grows, so too will the number of skeptical consumers. Most consumers have heard these promises before and will begin to demand evidence and authenticity. Measuring that authenticity and the degree to which the brand is perceived by the consumer to really be green will become more necessary than in the past. Possessing such measures will provide insights and strategic direction that will aid in brand differentiation, the creation of added value, increased consumer engagement, and, the ultimate bottom line, profitability.

MC commenting:

Green is a debate that will continue as energy efficiency or clean and the two do not always work together. This is a debate for another time.

6.

Brands will need to identify - and leverage - new values Happily, loyalty and engagement metrics identify trends and values that will be more important to consumers many months before they are blips on traditional research radar screens.

Looking at the 60 categories and nearly 500 brands measured in the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index, the average percent-of-contribution that "customization" makes to product and service engagement, adoption, and loyalty, is currently 18%. That’s nearly five times what the value was when first measured in 1997.

Watch for "customisation" - the newest of the loyalty values to insert itself into virtually every product and service category - to be something marketers will be paying great attention.

MC commenting:

Again brand recognition as the shopping portal that simply provides the best value.

7.

Behavior will finally beat attitude. More marketers will come to realize that "to know you" is not necessarily "to buy you" (or, for that matter, even to like you). Brands will need to recognize - and address - real behavioral metrics. Corporations will use the identification of behavioral consumer segments to synergistically reinforce brand values, brand and corporate positioning efforts, communications, and media planning to make the marketing function more effective and efficient.

MC commenting:

DubLi will continue to enhance the personal marketing company tailored to the individual’s buying patterns and send emails targeting those patterns.

8.

Consumer expectations will continue to grow. Brands are barely keeping up with consumer expectations. Every day consumers adopt and devour the latest technologies and innovations, and hunger for more.

In 2009, expect smart marketers to identify and capitalize on unmet expectations via newly identified values (like customisation), using more and more high-tech systems. This approach will help them differentiate brands from competitors, and brand-consonant touch-points (like mobile marketing) will play a major role in meeting and managing consumer expectations.

MC commenting:

Again what we are today we will not be tomorrow and the technology that will simplify and expand DubLi will astonish you shortly.

9.

Make life simple for your brand and your customer. The poet-marketer H. D. Thoreau foretold the coming of 2009’s ninth and final trend: "Simplify. Simplify."

Consumers are searching for and demanding simplification. In some categories this is showing up strong, such as cell-phone plans, search engines and laundry detergent. Who has not looked at switching cellular carriers and bemoaned the task of comparing one complicated plan to another?

Simplification is also showing up as a driver in online travel sites for itinerary planning. Yet as the competition has heated up brands still continue to compete on price, and not what will engender positive consumer behavior - simplification.

MC commenting:

DubLi will be going through major "renovations" throughout 2009 that will make it simpler for the consumer to utilize the auction / shopping portal as well as many enhancements to the DubLi Network site to better share and manage your DubLi business."

DubLi Ecommerce in 2009

Let’s look forward to the DubLi Goals 2009 !

Home Business Tax Benefits and Online Filing by Larrie Perkins

Unlike in other businesses, Larrie Perkins Tax Business is blooming during the first 90 days of the year. It's the right time to build high visibility on Google to reach out for all those who wish to profit from online tax filing or to start the year by creating their Home Business to take advantage of the Tax Benefits related to Home Business Building.

LarriePerkins.com

Larries New Site is built on the latest semantic framework by Semiomantics, the CY! Semiomantics CY is built on WordPress 2.7 which was recently released. The site at LarriePerkins.com is an authority site and needs therefore the capability to publish efficiently into multiple, sometimes unrelated categories. On LarriePerkins.com we have implemented the same features as we use on YORGOOpublishing to achieve high visibility and 'sticky' content.

For the time being we are looking at two main keywords, Home Business Tax Benefits and Online Filing, to expand shortly into additional fields.

One of the main problems we have to face on the sort run is that LarriePerkins.com has not had any activity since July 2008:

[caption id="attachment_2739" align="aligncenter" width="492" caption="Larrie Perkins on Google"][/caption]

As you can see: the site ranks on number 1 on the name keyword Larrie Perkins, namely due to the domain name and the very strong script loaded previously, our original The Magic Search Traffic Formula script we have released in late 2007.

Note also, that there are 3,360,000 search returns and Larrie is pretty much in control about what's happening there. Larries latest post from July 2008 is still there and ahead of all the more dynamic sites.

Authority Site

The site at LarriePerkins.com should reflect a comprehensive picture about the person Larrie perkins and his activities. Larrie has set up multiple websites about his Tax Business, his DubLi Business, his online marketing activity and about personal matters. The authority site is designed to reflect all the diversity in one place and under one umbrella: that umbrella is the common denominator to all the mentioned sites, and that is Larrie Perkins name.

Under Larries name you find companies, brands, brand names, activities, personal preferences, benefits and books and much more. The task of the authority site is to reunite all these different elements to provide a comprehensive and efficient image of Larrie Perkins.

Does Larrie Perkins need multiple websites?

Yes he does. Marketing online and namely on search engines has to do with Focus and with Niches. The more focused a site and its content is, the higher the chances for high attention by search engines.

The concept of Authority sites for homebusiness bulders who are active in multiple fields of interest will be the topic of another article later this week. In fact we will report on the example of LarriePerkins.com, how to go about building an authority site.

In the mean time, we are looking forward to the sites revival on Google.
